Chapter 496:
🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙 🍙
Sara felt alert. It looked like she had been tricked.
“Since you’re here, how am I going to let you go?”. Rorey smiled with a wicked look and clapped his hands.
There was a sound of footsteps all around. Sara turned to look behind her, only to see a few men dressed in black blocking her path.
They seemed unable to leave.
Sara took a deep breath to calm herself.
Then, she looked at Rorey and smiled. “Rorey, do you think no one knows I’m here?”
“Does it matter?”
Rorey scoffed and spoke to order the men dressed in black, “Bring her in.”
He then walked into the room, leaving Sara and those men in black behind.
Looking at the approaching men in black, Sara did not resist, but allowed herself to be caught.
Before coming here, Sara had told Leo the address.
Leo should already be on his way.
Therefore, Sara was not worried about what Rorey might do to him.
However, she feared that things might not be so simple.

The men in black grabbed her down the stairs and pushed her into the room with the door open.
Sara staggered a few steps before she steadied herself.
When she looked up, she saw a woman tied to a chair not far away.
The woman’s ugly wounds shocked Sara.
Good heavens!
Who was so heartless to hurt someone like that?
“Do you know who that is?”
Suddenly, a hoarse voice rang out. Sara let out a cry of fear. She quickly jumped aside and looked at Rorey with a pale face, who had appeared behind her.
Her fear cheered Rorey.
Rorey laughed out loud and said, “Sara, are you afraid?”.
Sara looked at her coldly without saying anything.
Rorey didn’t take it seriously and asked again. “Do you know who that is?”
Sara remained silent.
Seeing that she didn’t answer, Rorey continued, “It’s Hazel. The missing one.”
In fact, Sara already knew Hazel was here when she heard the high-pitched scream outside. So she wasn’t surprised when Rorey said the woman covered in wounds was Hazel.
The only thing that surprised her was that Rorey had tortured Hazel so terribly.
She could tell how ruthless Rorey was.
Rorey approached Hazel and grabbed her by the hair.
Hazel, who was unconscious, lay like a doll, letting Rorey pull her hair.
Her disfigured face was left for Sara to see.
Sara was shocked.
She raised her hand to cover the scream she almost let out.
She was too scared!
Hazel’s once beautiful face was now full of scratches from the knife. Some of the wounds had scabbed over, while others were fresh. She could not see Hazel’s original appearance.
She looked at Rorey in disbelief, “Rorey, are you crazy, why are you so cruel?”
At her words, Rorey threw her head back and let out a laugh, “Yes, I am crazy.”
Indeed, she was crazy!
In the past, Rorey had been ruthless for her own benefit. Now it didn’t seem strange that she would do such a thing.
Sara grimaced and asked, “So, do you want to do the same with me?”.
Rorey had called her because he wanted to get back at her.
“Are you afraid?” asked Rorey.
Sara smiled, “Of course I’m afraid.”
Seeing Hazel in such a pitiful state, Sara felt a dull, extremely uncomfortable pain.
Rorey released her grip on Hazel’s hair and walked toward Sara.
She stopped in front of Sara with a strange smile.
“Don’t worry. I won’t treat you like Hazel. After all, I am your sister.”
She reached out and stroked Sara’s cheek. Sara frowned and turned her head away.
Rorey smiled more triumphantly, “As long as you help me kill Hazel, I can let you go.”
Kill Hazel?
Sara looked at Rorey dumbfounded, unable to believe that Rorey would want her to do something like that.
Sara took a deep breath and said, “No way. I won’t listen to you.”
“Really?” Rorey raised her eyebrows, “If you don’t kill her, you’ll end up like her. Aren’t you afraid?”
Rorey was threatening her.
Sara clenched her fists and sneered, “I already told you I’m afraid. But I’m different from you. I have a conscience and I won’t help you kill people.”
“Sara!” Rorey reached out to grab her by the throat and said fiercely word for word, “You want to die?”
“I don’t want to die.” Sara looked at her undeterred and said in a calm tone, “Rorey, do you think no one knows what you’re doing?”
“Since I dare to do it, I’m not afraid of being found out.”
Hearing this, Sara frowned slightly. It seemed that Rorey had thrown caution to the wind and just wanted to get back at them.
Rorey was completely insane.
Whenever she wanted, she could kill her immediately.
Realizing this, Sara thought she couldn’t bother Rorey. Otherwise, not only would Hazel die, but so would she.
So she changed the subject and asked, “Rorey, do you like acting?”
Hearing her question, Rorey grimaced, “Sara, is this psychological warfare?”
Although her intent was discovered, Sara calmly said, “No. I’m just wondering.”
“Sara, don’t play jokes.” Rorey gave her a fierce look and then spoke, “Alan, give me the knife.”
Aman walked into the room. Sara turned to look at him. The man walked over and handed Rorey a knife.
Then, Rorey pressed the knife into Sara’s hand and said, “Come on. Kill Hazel.”
Sara looked at the knife in her hand.
The blade refracted a cold light.
Sara unconsciously wanted to throw it away.
As if he had seen through Sara’s intentions, Rorey held Sara’s hand tightly to stop her from throwing the knife.
Then, Rorey grabbed Sara’s hand with one hand and pushed Sara from behind with the other toward Hazel.
Sara made a great effort to steady herself.
Rorey kept trying to push her toward Hazel.
But Sara could barely hold herself there.
“Sara, if you don’t kill Hazel today, you will be the one to die.” Rorey threatened her.
Sara frowned. Rorey’s strength was far greater than she had imagined. He pushed her slowly toward Hazel.
Sara closed her eyes and screamed inwardly, ‘Leo, why aren’t you here yet?’
